A historic boat experience in Bohuslän

Skärgårdsbåtarna have been operating in the fjords of Bohuslän since 1898 If you live or visit Uddevalla, a tour of the fjord is a must.

M/S Sunningen takes you on a historic journey on the fjord. With Uddevalla’s city crest flying at the bow and space on the sun deck or in the bright, lovely salon, a cozy boat trip is offered. On board, there is the opportunity to buy hot dogs, popsicles, coffee, and snacks.

We serve popular piers around the fjord; choose to go the whole round or hop off at the desired pier for a snack, crab fishing, or swimming. A popular excursion is to hike or cycle parts of the Beach walk and the Coastal Trail and then take the boat back to town. There is also mini golf, a disc golf course, and pétanque, as well as more than one playground for the little ones. Uddevalla

Get off right in the city center. Here you will find the promenade along the Byfjorden, green spaces for play and rest, and the Bohuslän Museum with activities for the whole family. Shopping, ice cream, cafes, restaurants and summer events give both children and adults a day full of experiences, all within easy walking distance of the quay.
